Anna Gannon is a manager and guide at Stala Yoga NYC. Known for her challanging, yet playful classes that encourage people to move with ease and find their own personal means of freedom in their bodies. Anna discovered yoga in her early 20’s and has been hooked ever since. She has been trained in Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Hot Yoga, Restorative and Yin yoga but prefers to move and lead Strala as she finds it opens people into themselves and out of posing. When Anna is not leading you can find her dabbling in food photography, cooking, writting, laughing and of course doing lots of yoga.
